Meet Our Clinicians

Our team is committed to offering services grounded in anti-racist practices, self-awareness and equity. Each of our clinicians value the transformative power of connections and have specialized training to support our work with individuals and families with young children.

Amy Delira, LMSW, IECMH-E®, PMH-C

As a mom + therapist, I understand how important a parent’s wellness is to the mental health and development of their children. I also know that within each of us is an infant and young child who has a story to tell and that our wounds can become our children’s wounds if we don’t do our own healing work.

Leina Filipczak, LLMSW, IMH-E®, PMH-C

I most enjoy working with new parents or parents-to-be, to work through challenges that could disrupt the development of secure attachment. My professional & lived experience allows me to show up for you with empathy, compassion, and with authenticity. I strive to practice cultural humility and curiosity rather than judgement.

Katherine Pfeiffer, LLMSW, IMH-E®

My professional journey started with my own family. My husband and I have five children, some through adoption and some through biology. Parenting is both hard and beautiful. Learning how to support and delight in a child takes time. I use a psychodynamic approach to therapy with a focus on my clients’ strengths.

Kamilah Henderson, LLMSW

My passion is coping and regulation skills for young children and their caregivers, with special attention to the cultural factors that impact their worlds. Making the decision to enter into a therapeutic relationship is complex, so I bring a spirit of warmth, calm and hope to support families in their healing journeys. My approach to therapy is relationship centered and reflective.

Julia Hope, LLMSW

I have always been immensely passionate about children, especially babies and the relationship they have with their caregivers. I try to incorporate reflective listening, mindfulness, empathy, cultural humility and warmth in my practice, to create a safe and brave space for individuals to share their experiences.
